Trust vs Wills

What is a Trust?

A trust is a legal arrangement in which one party (the grantor) transfers assets to another party (the trustee) to manage for the benefit of a third party (the beneficiary). Trusts are used for asset protection, estate planning, tax efficiency, and wealth transfer.
The trust holds legal ownership of the assets, but the beneficiary receives the benefits of those assets.
